Set in three acres, it occupies a secluded location and has wonderful views of the surrounding Algarve hillsides. Equipped to a very high standard, the accommodation consists of a sitting room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/showers. A beautiful Algarve villa for holiday rent.</font></p> <p><font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2" color="#000080">The property has a gas central heating system for the cooler months of the year. The large well-proportioned sitting room is tastefully furnished and has a wood burning fire. Patio doors open out onto a terrace which has  magnificent views across the valley. There is a satellite widescreen television, DVD and a music system. The villa for rent Algarve Portugal also has free Internet Wifi connection giving broadband internet via a wireless router.</font><p> <font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2" color="#000080">An archway leads into the dining room, which in turn opens out onto another terrace. This is the largest of the three terraces and has a large dining table and barbecue.</font></p> <p> <font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2" color="#000080">A short path off this terrace leads to the 10M x 5M shaped swimming pool and sun bathing area. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer with icemaker. However many guests choose to eat out and experience traditional Portuguese food, which is available at the many reasonably priced cafés and restaurants throughout the region.</font></p> <p><font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2" color="#000080"> The three bedrooms (two double and one twin) are  comfortably furnished and each one has its own en-suite facilities. The double bedrooms open out onto secluded sun terraces.</font><p> <font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2" color="#000080">Our House Agents live locally and will normally meet with you at the villa the morning after your arrival.   They will be pleased to offer you advice and will be available to deal with any unforeseen problems at the villa. A complimentary hamper of provisions (including wine and beer) is supplied on arrival, so you can immediately relax and enjoy your holiday.</font></p> <p><font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2" color="#000080">Twice-weekly maid service is provided throughout your stay to ensure fresh bed linen, bath and hand towels are available. Because of the rural location, you need to <a target="main" href="carhire.htm">hire a car</a> and make the arrangements prior to your arrival. Hire cars are relatively inexpensive and are usually picked up and dropped off at Faro airport. Please remember you must be in possession of a valid driving licence.</font><p><font color="#000080"><i><b><font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2">Faro</font></b></i><font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2"><br> Most visitors to our Algarve villa land at the modern international airport at Faro which is the capital of the Algarve.  From there, it is only a 20 minute drive to the Algarve villa.  The nearest beach to the villa is also at Faro - a long sandy stretch of coast which is accessed via a causeway.  The old part of the city is steeped in history, but on the outskirts is a very large and modern shopping mall.</font></font><p align="left"><font color="#000080"><i><b><font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2"> Estói</font></b></i><font face="Trebuchet MS" size="2"><br> The nearest town to the villa is Estói, which is famous for its 18th Century Palace and nearby Roman ruins.  It only takes about 5 minutes to drive there, and has a number of small grocery shops, butcher, chemist, banks and several restaurants.
